The last time i was at Kuching, me mate, Ru, took me to an open air food court near to the Kuching International Airport and i finally tried it. To be precise, it was at the Hui Sing Hawker Centre, Lorong Taman Hui Sing 3.
It was actually there that she suggested i start this food blog.
It was also there that i had White Lady! According to the Wikitravel page on Kuching, the stall that serves it is 'Ah Meng's Stall'. Evaporated milk with syrup and fruit base. Very nice, very refreshing!

the problem is that despite going there so many times, i never took any photos!!!! too excited to eat!
will make sure the next time i'm there, i'll take the pics of the lobsters and buttered mussels!
